Shipping policy
Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment.
Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to shipping service and total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

Duties and VAT taxes
All duties and VAT taxes for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.
You should expect to pay any amount charged by the government or customs in your respective country. This includes, and is not limited to, duties, taxes and any extra fees charged by the courier company. We are not responsible for any extra charges once the original package has been shipped.
Special case for delivery within EU after 1st July 2021:
- For orders under 150€ excl VAT, the VAT is paid through our website and declared via EU IOSS.
- For orders above 150€ excl VAT, the customer is responsible for paying VAT and any extra fees at the reception of the package in the destination country.
